Refund Policy

Custom printed and webstore items are generally created to order, and exchanges will not be possible. If your item arrives defective or damaged we can offer a refund in most cases. All sales are final after 30 days. Contact us with any issues. ink@ink-division.com

Delivery Policy

Webstore orders are generally PRE-ORDERS, and ship roughly 7 days after the fundraiser store closes. We ship via USPS & UPS and you will receive an e-mail when your order ships.
